Edna brings over 24 years of extensive experience in the banking industry, holding diverse roles from technology manager to her current position as Head of Transformation Programmes. In her current role, she spearheads initiatives aimed at driving efficiency, elevating customer experience, and fostering business growth through the strategic transformation of People, Process, and Technology.

Her academic background is equally impressive, with an MBA in Human Resources complementing her 1st Degree in Computer Engineering and Statistics. As a certified Scrum Master, Edna is deeply passionate about advocating for women in STEM fields and believes in the pivotal role of diversity in fostering innovation and challenging conventional norms.

Outside her professional endeavors, Edna dedicates her free time to coaching and mentoring young women on career advancement and life choices.
